Shipping & Returns
We accommodate shipments only to the U.S. at this time. To avoid mishap, always ship packages to a secure address. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been tracked and delivered. For lost packages, be sure to file a claim with the appropriate postal service.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day. Holiday volumes may add three business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at within 14 days of shipping date to initiate a return or an exchange. Please be sure to include your order number with your inquiry.
Unfortunately and without exception, refunds will not be issued if products show any signs of usage. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card. Orders received as gifts are eligible for store credit only.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED AND THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than may not be returned to us.
